Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy: Thank you for purchasing with Magnicos Marketing Sdn Bhd. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of purchase.

Eligibility: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards are non-returnable. Return Process: Contact our customer support team at customercare@magnicos.com to initiate the return.

You’ll receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, if applicable. Securely package the product(s) with the RMA number visible on the package. Ship the return package to 20-2, Jalan Puteri 1/1, Bandar Puteri 47100 Puchong, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you about the refund status. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within processing time, 3-5 business days.

Exceptions: Returns not meeting eligibility criteria may be refused. Damage due to misuse may not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for our errors.
